The Indie Romantasy Reads BOTM Club is looking for Indie, Romantasy Authors to participate in our live book of the month club meetings! We are so excited to have your interest in joining our list of amazing authors we have already met and loved since our inception in 2024. Here is what is expected of the authors who attend our meetings:
Be willing to participate in a live question and answer meeting for 1 hour via Google Meet (showing your face is not necessary)
Engage and participate in our promotional blasts that we provide prior to your meeting announcing your inclusion
Share information for us to create reels and static posts the 4 weeks prior to your meeting
Provide a 1 min sample of your audiobook (if you have an audiobook), or provide a short passage from your book that Sara Brodt (audiobook narrator) can record for our 2 week meeting reminder reel
Be available on a date that we agree upon for a meeting time slot between 5PM EST-7:15PM EST
Provide a signed copy of your book for a PR box giveaway for your meeting. We don't limit you regarding what you can provide--our authors have given us stickers, art prints, hats, mugs, etc. (whatever strikes your fancy is welcome). We have small business bookish vendors who provide other items for the PR box giveaway. We raffle off the PR box at the end of your meeting for 1 lucky meeting attendee
Your book must be available via multiple formats for our readers (e-book/hard copy), audiobook isn't necessary, but many of our readers really love them!
Your book must have been released for at least 1 month prior to our meeting
YOU MUST HAVE A BOOKSTAGRAM/INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT TO BE FEATURED!
It's so important that we and our readers are able to reach you there, it is our main platform for communicating with you and our readers.
